These terms apply to evdevstudios.com, the company website of EvDev Studios, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

Our products have their own terms. House Rules Cards is governed by the terms at rules.houserulescards.com, not by this document.

What this site is

This website exists to describe the company and what it has built. It is informational. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a promise that a product will keep working, keep its current price, or continue to exist.

Our content

The text, design, code, logos and images on this site belong to EvDev Studios, LLC unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, link to and share the pages. You may not copy the site wholesale, present our material as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the site or try to break into any part of it.
• Scrape it in a way that degrades service for anyone else, or ignore our robots directives.
• Use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive or bulk unsolicited messages.
• Misrepresent who you are when you contact us.

Messages you send us

You keep ownership of what you send through the contact form. By sending it you give us permission to read it, store it and reply to it. Do not send confidential material, and do not send ideas you expect to be paid for, because we cannot accept unsolicited proposals on those terms.

Links to other sites

This site links to places we do not control, including our own product sites and third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, EvDev Studios, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page will change when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
